We would love to meet with you and walk you through our available units before you submit an application. However, if you would like to fill out an application prior to viewing the unit, you can download it here. The application screening fee is $40.00. We require an application for every person wishing to reside in a Prime Louisville Properties unit unless that person is your spouse.

The application can be filled out digitally. If it is most convenient, print your application and submit it during the viewing with a check, cash, or money order for $40.
